CONNECTION

Every single person that has come to celebrate on your wedding day is ecstatically happy for you. Goes without saying really… some are extremely proud of the person you have become. Not to sound too OTT here but you both will be so incredibly proud of one another as you become husband and wife.

Empathy is such a huge thing when it comes to photographing a wedding and we feel that this is what gives you an honest reminder of the day. To know where to stand and be ready to capture these moments takes years of time and experience. Your dad’s reaction seeing in your dress ( is that too cliche!!? ), the way he or she looks as you say your vows to one another ( definitely too cliche! ) The little moments of how people look at you with so much pride, thats a connection! That is what makes me press the shutter button. It’s those little, big moments that tell the bigger story. Showing connection with your loved ones,reflects your day perfectly.

This isn’t a fairytale. This isn’t Disneyland. This is your wedding day!! I’ll be there every step of the way to see you completely embrace the real and honest moments throughout. I believe in minimal direction throughout the day, and never put you into those awkward poses when it comes to spending time with just the two of you. The goal here is to simply take a little time away and make some beautiful portraits together. Ones that reflect you both as a couple, in the stunning scenery where you have chosen to get married. I can be there for the entire day if you want me to as well – right up until the very last dance – you know the one when Runrig or Caledonia starts playing and those unforgettable characters you invited come to life! The end of night hugs is just as special.

12 hours coverage from morning preparations to the evening
An Unlimited amount of ‘talk time in the lead up to your day. I want you to know that you can contact me about any detail, no matter how big or small. Communication is everything when planning your wedding day.
Complete printing rights to your photographs
An HD slideshow of the day
High-resolution download of all of your images
Private online gallery with option to purchase prints
Travel throughout Scotland – Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland isles will incur a small travel fee.
